This contract is for the provision of estates cleaning and grounds maintenance services to Asra properties.
In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Asra have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Asra schemes included within this contract, across all geographic areas.

Operating throughout the Midlands and London, Asra prides themselves on their BME (Black Minority Ethnic) heritage, the diverse nature of their customers, and the services that they offer.
The Group owns and manages 14,000 homes with a growing reputation for excellent customer service and the development of new homes. By 2016 their vision is to be the housing provider of choice. And at the end of this three year period, they will have made further improvements to service delivery with the aim that all their key performance indicators will show top quartile performance relative to their peer group.
This contract is for the provision of Estates Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the service specification to current and future Asra properties located across the regions as defined within the PQQ and tender documentation.
Estimated contract value provided is for a 5 year terms across all 12 lots.
