This contract is for the provision of Estates Cleaning, including Window Cleaning, and Grounds Maintenance services to Stonewater properties.
In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management Stonewater have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Stonewater schemes included within this contract, across all geographic locations.
Due to the broad geographic spread of Stonewater properties the contract has been divided into 6 geographic lots. Within each geographic lot there are two further lots; one for Cleaning Services and one for Grounds Maintenance. In total there are 12 individual lots.

This contract is for the provision of Estates Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the service specification to current and future Stonewater properties located across 6 geographic sub-regions as defined within the PQQ and tender documentation.
Estimated contract value provided is for a 5 year term across all 12 lots.
