Organisation details – Please provide details of your: • Organisation name; • Organisation address; • Name of lead contact. 2. Please demonstrate your nationally leading/ internationally recognised (academic) expertise in the field of flood hydraulics and flood modelling for instance through leading relevant, large scale research programmes and relevant peer reviewed publications – no more than half a page A4. 3. Please demonstrate your clear independence and lack of association with any hydraulic model developers and modelling software in order to be able to conduct a fair and transparent analysis of the third party benchmarking results – no more than half a page A4 4. Please demonstrate your previous experience in the underlying benchmarking tests and concepts and your ability to include results from new models – to build upon our previous study – EA R&D 2D hydraulic benchmarking study (http://evidence.environment-agency.gov.uk/FCERM/en/Default/HomeAndLeisure/Floods/WhatWereDoing/IntoTheFuture/ScienceProgramme/ResearchAndDevelopment/FCRM/Project.aspx?ProjectID=64A6FBBE-3569-4D6E-BCE2-6D37D39EB62E&PageId=a0fe6dfc-506a-452c-9bff-a7ec06b4e6b0). Also please demonstrate if you have familiarity with this study, no more than half a page A4. The above criteria (Questions 2 – 4) will be assessed by the Agency when considering the suitability of potential tenderers for short-listing. The evaluation of each criteria will be scored out of 10, the pass mark for each will be set at 5 out of 10. The top 5 successful submissions will be invited to Tender stage.
