Hull 2017 are carrying out this tender process in order to appoint a framework of Event and Production
Management and Delivery suppliers to work alongside senior Hull 2017 staff to plan and deliver the Hull 2017 cultural programme. The events and productions in the Hull 2017 programme will cover the full spectrum
of artistic and cultural activity and will be presented at a variety of scales and in a range of venues, both
established and new and found spaces. Hull 2017 are seeking to appoint suppliers with a wide range of
experience and expertise including (but not limited to); large scale outdoor events, site specific productions,
pyrotechnic displays, community events, music, public art, theatre and dance.

site specific performances, venue based performances public art, community events, training events, corporate
hospitality events, launch events and conferences.
Partial service delivery will be for the supply of production elements including (but not limited to), staging,
temporary venues and structures, audio equipment, lighting equipment, projection and AV equipment, rigging,
transport and project management, installation and operational staff.
