Information about lots

Lot No: 3Lot title: Strategic HR Excellence

1)Short description

Many businesses claim that people are their most important asset and that their development is key to the future growth and success of the company. However, it is a much smaller number of businesses that can actually claim that they have a fully informed strategy for how their people resource is going to become the engine to drive the transformation of their business as they strive to achieve scale. The true alignment of people resource to the business strategy is a major contributor to sustainable success and to the ability of the organisation to seize competitive advantage when opportunities arise.

They will already have an established online delivery programme which offers access to a wide range of business subjects. They will be flexible in their approach, being able both to deliver a programme exclusively to Scottish Enterprise clients and to allow individuals from our clients to join other open enrolment online programmes.

Lot No: 12Lot title: Reinforce your Growth Culture

1)Short description

Companies working closely with Scottish Enterprise as they experience growth are concerned that they may not be able to maintain those elements of their company culture which have contributed to the successful development of the firm so far. New employees, brought in to move the company forward, bring their own prior corporate cultural experience and beliefs with them. Business leaders are concerned that their current successful culture may be diluted if not reinforced on a continuous basis. It is of prime importance that the positive aspects of a company culture which is delivering growth are recognised and maintained going forward.
