To meet the strategic ambitions, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) is articulating its strategic objectives for the coming 2 to 3 years, so that the whole organisation can align around these. We have determined a new way of working to achieve these goals — know as CUH together.

We are looking for a partner or partners who can help us to create a new programme of leadership development that supports the implementation of CUH together. Ultimately we are looking to create meaningful, provocative and life changing solutions for our leaders and above all enable them to succeed in the changing world of CUH/the NHS/healthcare. This programme is aimed at our top leadership population, between 100-150, who report in at our Executive level.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:

The contracting authority will incorporate a standstill period from the date when information on the award of the contract/s is communicated to the tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calender days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. Part 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations to take action in the High Court (England and Wales).
