Description of the goods or services required

EWEA 2013 Annual Event will provide exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their products and services to more than 10,000 individuals from the entire wind energy supply chain coming from across Europe and beyond.

Scottish Development International (SDI) invites expressions of interest from Exhibitor contractors to design, construct and dismantle a Scottish Pavilion at EWEA 2013 held in Vienna, Austria from 4th to 7th February 2013.

SDI will host a busy Scottish Pavilion of 198 sqms on an island block. Provide for up to 20 individual company areas, separated from one another, a hospitality lounge area with soft seating and high poseur tables to be used for meetings and the lounge should also house a coffee machine and water dispenser. A meeting room and a storage room will also be required.

Provide on site back up for the duration of the show.

We anticipate awarding this contract by the end of October 2012, followed by an initial project meeting, thereafter a series of production meetings will be agreed as required.

The contract is anticipated to commence on 15 November 2012 and last until 8th February 2013. The anticipated budget range is between £35,000 and £65,000.

Due to the value and assessed risk associated with this commission, tenderers will be required to demonstrate a minimum average turnover of £50,000 over the last two years for which accounts/financial statements are required.
