How to apply

The OFT is running a two stage process consisting of: – Stage 1, Invitation of Expressions of Interest (EOI); and – Stage 2, Invitation to Tender. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) shall only be issued to suppliers that have been selected in accordance with the Selection Criteria set out in the attached EOI document. Suppliers must submit their EOI as set out in the attached EOI document by 5pm on 8th May 2012. Instructions on how to express your interest are contained in the attached document. These are part B services and the OFT will not be bound by the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) except as such Regulations are applicable to part B services. In accordance with the UK Government policy on Transparency the OFT is now required to publish all contracts it awards. The text of any contract awarded as a result of this tender exercise will be made publicly available subject to any redaction at the discretion of the OFT. Should you be successful, elements of your proposal may be used to form part of the contract.
