Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: A 10 day standstill period will be implemented from the date of the contracting authority’s award decision being notified. This period will allow unsuccessful organisations to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before any contract is entered into. The Public Contract Regulation 2006 and the Public Contract (Amendments) Regulations 2009 provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm due to a breach of regulation to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought within the time frames provided for in the regulations as a matter of law.
