Derbyshire County Council is seeking to establish a framework contract for the provision of External Venue Hire. The duration of this contract will be 4 years in which prices will be reviewed annually. The framework will be open to the following Authorities to call off from:
Bolsover District Council;
Chesterfield Borough Council;
North East Derbyshire District Council;
Erewash borough Council;
Chesterfield Royal Hospital;
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service;
Derbyshire Constabulary.
The tender will be split into 7 Lots in total, as set out in Appendix D pricing Schedule. Lot 1 – 6 will be based on location and will be separated into 3 sub lots based on capacity:
1 – 30 capacity;
30 – 50 capacity;
50 – 100 capacity;
Lot 7 will be an executive lot for venues with a premium standard.

Debriefing by the Council shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended) (the Regulations). Such information should be requested from the addressee in Section I.1). If an appeal regarding the award of the contract has not been successfully resolved the Regulations provide for the aggrieved parties who are of the opinion that they have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
