Aylesbury Vale Academy requires fully integrated, efficient, responsive, comprehensive and effective Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance services based on sound technical and operational requirements and standards. The contractor will be responsible for the provision of skilled cleaning operatives to provide an efficient and timely cleaning service. Importantly, this contract is not just for basic cleaning but requires a proactive company who can be innovative in their provision and ensure the premises cleanliness is maintained to a very high standard. Services are required on a daily and ‘deep clean’ basis.
