The GMC is to tender for the provision of Facilities support services which includes.
Catering, including supplies for staff kitchens, hot drink stations and water coolers, provision of lunch at hearings for a headcount of up to 70 per day, hospitality at council or staff meetings and other high profile events;
Conference and meeting room services, including room set up and take down; delivery and set up of conferencing equipment including projectors, screens and laptops; Video Conferencing set up and storage of VC equipment;
Cleaning, including daily office cleaning, timed clinical cleaning of the Clinical Assessment Centre, periodical cleaning of carpets and windows;
Confidential waste services and management.
The mix of services required may differ slightly between sites. The provider will have the capability and suitable coverage to service all the sites within the GMC property portfolio.
