The successful contractor will work with SC to ensure the safe management of all its buildings both operational and domestic and shall be the primary contact for any repair or maintenance works.
Facilities management Services Include:
Core:
— gas safety, appliance/service, maintenance and installations,
— oil safety, appliance/ service, maintenance and installations,
— legionella risk assessments, remedial works and control measures,
— management of third party alarm/ system providers alarm/ system maintenance,
— cold room/ freezer maintenance,
— chimney sweeping and solid fuel safety, appliance/ service, maintenance and installations,
— heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance,
— lift maintenance at The Falkirk Wheel,
— door maintenance at The Falkirk Wheel,
— sewage treatment plant servicing:
— asbestos testing and management will be a mix of core and non-core.
Non-Core:
— general building and roofing works including reactive maintenance repairs,
— locksmiths and key supplies,
— three month residual current device and lighting check,
— electrical inspection and testing,
— portable appliance testing,
— alarm monitoring/ emergency installations – testing and recording,
— fire safety equipment and repairs,
— electrical minor works,
— domestic and operational appliance repairs,
— internal and external finishes including painting and decoration,
— property refurbishments,
— pest control.
