The new Incubator/managed workspace facility (The Incubator) is located within the Warrington Stadium Quarter, one of three town centre regeneration schemes, aimed at improving the town centre economy.
The Council is looking to appoint a Management Partner who will take responsibility for the facilities management of the building, and work with the Council in relation to general estate management matters, and agree a management strategy for the building and common areas around the Incubator and UTC buildings.
The Management Partner will also take responsibility for marketing, lettings and occupancy of the building, as well as providing support services to occupiers.
