Cobalt Housing Limited (“Cobalt”) are providers of low-cost housing in Merseyside and the surrounding areas. Cobalt is acting as the lead contracting authority for the purposes of this procurement. Cobalt is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced providers who can provide the high quality installation of rear boundary fences, including, where necessary, the clearance of “no mans lands” and reinstatement of rear boundary fence lines across our housing stock in the Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley areas of Liverpool. This is a 3 year programme.
