Scottish Borders Housing Association is going through a period of change and one key aspect is to review the accounting software package. A new system is required to provide operating efficiencies and digital integration between other associated software packages used throughout the association.
Potential services include, but are not limited to: supply and implementation; migration support; integrations; support and maintenance; hosting).

At the discretion of SBHA, the Contract may be extended by 2 * 12-month increments.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
Please note the ESPD will be evaluated on the basis of pass/fail.
Please refer to these statements when completing section 4B of the ESPD — Scotland: Statements 4B.5.1 and 4B.5.2 — it is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract the types of insurance indicated below:
Employer’s (compulsory) liability insurance = 5 000 000 GBP.
Public liability insurance = 5 000 000 GBP.
Product liability = 5 000 000 GBP.
Professional indemnity insurance = 1 000 000 GBP.
Statement 4B.4 — it is a requirement of this contract that tenderers should have a credit rating of 51 or above. This will be tested by an Experian credit check undertaken by SBHA.
III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
Statements 4C.7 and 4C.8 are specific pass/fail requirements which the bidder must meet, these are as follows:
— 4C.7 — the organisation must have previously integrated their proposed solution with Northgate Housing,
— 4C.8 — the proposed solution must be a proven solution which has a large operational base within the UK RSL sector.
The organisation must be able to provide proof that they pass the above requirements.
