Tenderers must have a solution in place in more than one educational establishment and must be able to evidence where this solution is in operation. Tenderers seeking to develop a fully bespoke solution will be disqualified. Tenderers who cannot provide evidence that their solution is in place within an Higher or Further Education establishment or equivalent will fail and will be disqualified from the competition.
