Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.

The Natural History Museum’s Finance Department aims to support the Museum’s strategic plan through a commitment to provide a transparent and streamlined accounting service (incorporating – amongst other things – improved purchasing, receipting, invoicing and budgeting processes), facilitated by modern software, and the Museum will therefore be inviting tenders for the provision of a new finance system. Bidders must be aware of authorisation protocols and procurement legislation pertaining to procurement in the public sector. Potential bidders are required to download, complete and submit a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) via the Delta e-sourcing web portal, and suitable candidates will be short listed from PQQ’s received and invited to tender.
