The FCA requires a provider to independently assess candidates as part of our Head of Department and Director recruitment processes. The supplier will need, to be able to assess candidates against criteria provided by the FCA (both in terms of a specific leadership skills framework and more role specific), as well as the broader market in order to offer a judgement on the suitability of those candidates against a particular role or level.

It is expected that these services may be used by the following bodies

Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA)

Bank of England

Payment Services Regulator (PSR)

Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
