Financial consultancy services. Stoke-on-Trent City Council requires specialist financial support in the development of proposals from up to 3 shortlisted prospective technical partners, drafting initial project documentation, (including second stage tender documentation), calling for detailed final proposals from shortlisted prospective technical partners, evaluating responses, making recommendations for a preferred partner and support in the formation of an appropriate delivery vehicle such as a Joint Venture Company (see Appendix ‘B’ for full details).
