North London Waste Authority is seeking a Financial Consultant to advise and support on:

1) the North London Heat and Power Project, including advice on capital investment options, funding approach and risk profiles, benefits and revenue costs associated with various options; and

2) all aspects of the Authority’s waste management requirements and consequential impacts on other aspects of the Authority’s activities. The NLHPP is NLWA’s project to construct and commission an Energy Recovery Facility and associated plant to replace the existing energy from waste facility at the Edmonton EcoPark. The Development Consent Order for the NLHPP was made on 18.3.2017. Details of the scope of services can be found at Appendix 1 of the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Background information on NLWA can be found in the Memorandum of Information at Appendix 2 of the ITT.
