The Councils’ goals are:
Provide a robust, properly supported and cost efective FMS.
Improve integrity between system functions, removing the need for third party systems and interfaces.
Improve access to financial information.
Improve the Councils’ business processes.
The system must encompass the following functionalities:
General Ledger.
Purchase ledger.
Sales Ledger.
Procurement.
Fixed Asset Register.
