Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Expressions of Interest will be evaluated against the minimum standards set out in III.2.2) and 2.3) above and as detailed in the pre-qualification questionnaire; to be completed and submitted with supporting documentation. Those candidates who receive the minimum standards will be evaluated on their responses to the pre-qualification questionnaire. The highest scoring candidates, up to the maximum stated above, will be invited to submit tenders.
