Bidders must complete the European Single Procurement Document (Scotland). There are a number of conditions for participation/minimum requirements which are set out in the procurement documents. Details of these conditions, as well as the evaluation process and scoring methodology can be found in the procurement documents (Invitation To Tender), which can be downloaded after you note your interest on Public Contracts Scotland.

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

ESPD Question reference 4B.1.1: Bidders will be required to have a minimum ‘general’ yearly turnover of 50 000 GBP for the last 2 years.
