Approx 350 are communal properties that require regulated Fire Safety Risk Assessments.
The requirement is for a suitably qualified consultant to undertake FRA’s.
Follow on work will be required to specify upgrade works etc. and to certify when complete.
Training to EMHG staff and other stakeholders will also be required
EMHG intend to award a contract to one provider for 4 years with options to extend by a further 2.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Compliant questionnaires submitted will be assessed as per the evaluation criteria in the PQQ Candidates will be ranked according to their total score — the top scores will be invited to tender. Depending on range of scores, that number will be between 5 and 8.
