To provide a planned preventative maintenance regime, ensuring all building systems are compliant with current and future regulations for the following systems:

— Dry Risers,

— Emergency Lighting Systems,

— Fire Alarms and Detector Systems,

— Fire Extinguishers and Fire Blankets,

— Smoke Vent Systems,

— Sprinkler Systems.

Initially the ESPD will be evaluated with all bidders that pass the pass / fail questions and achieve a minimum score of 60% across all scored questions. Thereafter the Tender Document will be evaluated based upon 60% Quality and 40% Price all as outlined within the Tender Document.
