Provision of Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguisher Servicing including the provision of fire signage for New Forest District Council (NFDC) commencing 5 September 2016 (3 year term with optional 2 years extension) New Forest District Council (NFDC) are carrying out this procurement exercise to identify, select and award a contract to; • a single contractor who satisfies the Councils selection criteria and has submitted compliant bids under this tender exercise. The outcome of this tender will provide Fire Alarm and Extinguisher servicing, call outs and replacement signage to council owned properties The preferred contractor must fully meet (or exceed) the specification. The outcome contract will be awarded for a contract period of 3 years, with optional extension period of 2 years.
