Description of the goods or services required

The contract comprises the fitting out of the ground and first floor offices at Strathallan House, Castle Business Park, Stirling, on behalf of SEPA. The works will be procured on a design and build basis, albeit the works are currently designed to building warrant status. The contractor will be a specialist fit out contractor who will be fully responsible for design development and implementation of all works for occupation by 30 November 2014.
