Description

The London Borough of Brent is looking to appoint suitably qualified Facilities Management (FM) consultants to provide FM consultancy services to the London Borough of Brent to support the transition process from the existing TFM arrangement to a revised bundled services model. This will include reviewing of revised specification documents, market testing, preparation of tender documents, supporting the transition from TFM model to bundled services model and recommending a set of key performance indicators.
