Maintenance and Facilities Management services to the FCO’s Estate in Tunis, Tunisia. The Estate comprises The British Embassy Offices, The Official Residence and a number of separate residential properties. The scope covers Technical Services (Planned and Reactive maintenance), and Soft Services.

All Tender documentation will be published, and all substantive communication between the Authority and bidders will be conducted via the FCO’s eProcurement Portal BravoSolution. URL is: (Requires registration first time which is free and instantaneous), then navigate to Project 909/ITT 1215. Tenders not submitted via the Bravo portal will not be considered.
