This Project will be delivered by NHS England, represented by the Kent & Medway Area Team as Lead Commissioner. Primary partners are likely to include; Kent Police The UK Border Force The required services will provide a patient-centred, accessible and professional forensic medical examination service to those who need to access health services in custody locations operated by the Police and UK Border Force in Kent.
