II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
The contract is a non exclusive Framework Agreement with Economic Operator(s) for the provision of Waste Disposal Services to support Chevron Romania Exploration and Production S.R.L. and affiliated companies, including but not limited to Chevron Bulgaria Exploration and Production EOOD (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) for land based exploration and production activities in Europe.
Company’s preferred outcome would be to award framework agreement(s) to Economic Operator(s) who are capable of delivering the required services.
Call-offs against the Framework Agreement will be issued to the Economic Operator(s) offering the most economically advantageous offer.
Only when the terms laid down in the framework agreement are not complete enough for a particular call-off, will company hold a mini competition with all the providers awarded a framework agreement and capable of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the framework agreement.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
Company intends to invite Economic Operator(s) who must be able to provide Waste Disposal Services. Economic Operator(s) must be able to demonstrate and have a proven track record in the following:
— Operators must have an in-country presence with demonstrated capability and experience in waste disposal.
Company will only consider Economic Operators with the technical ability and demonstrated experience necessary to meet Company minimum standards for waste disposal facilities and that are ISO 9001 and ISO14001 accredited and have relevant Country accreditations;
— Operators must be available to undergo Company review of waste disposal facilities.
(Company’s Third Party Waste Stewardship process) which includes, but not limited to, a questionnaire on processes and procedures, financial status, proof of permits and regulatory compliance as well as a site visit;
— operators must have suitable resources available to meet demanding schedule, requirements to work as and when required by Company, this may include responses at short notice,
— operators must be permitted to accept hazardous and non hazardous wastes including, but not limited to (01 05).
Drilling Muds and other Drilling wastes (01 05 04 freshwater drilling muds and wastes, 01 05 05* oil-containing drilling muds and wastes, 01 05 06 drilling muds and other drilling wastes containing dangerous substances, 01 05 07 barite-containing drilling muds and wastes other than those mentioned in 01 05 05 and 01 05 06, 01 05 08 chloride-containing drilling muds and wastes other than those mentioned in 01 05 05 and 01 05 06 and 01 05 99 wastes not otherwise specified);
— preference will be given to Operators that are within a 375 km radius of Company’s primary drilling locations at Silistea, Iana and Popeni in Vaslui County, Romania.
Services that are required to be provided include, but are not limited to:
— transportation of waste,
— treatment of waste, and
— final disposal of waste.
