How to apply

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. The Council will be holding a Supplier Day, to give all interested candidates the opportunity to come and talk to the Council and ask any questions in relation to this tender exercise. The Council will also provide a bit more information about the requirement. Any questions asked at the Supplier Day will be uploaded and distributed to all interested parties by way of a Clarification Q/A paper through the Delta tenderbox. The Supplier Day will be held on the 16th January 2013 from 10.30am – 12.00noon, Room 44, Apsley 2 (a map and directions have been provided in the tenderbox)
