The framework agreement will be for 3 years with an option to extend for another 12 months, making the possible term 4 years and will allow the Police and Crime Commissioners for both Sussex and Surrey police to utilise the framework. The estimated total value of the framework is 6 300 000 GBP over the 7 year term of a call-off contract and is calculated based on the current annual levels of gross income from operators. Any named participants can raise a call-off contract during the term of this framework agreement not exceeding 7 years.

The tender process for this framework will be conducted via the EU Supply tendering portal using the open procedure. The Invitation to Tender has been published with this notice and to access this document prospective tenderers are required to register on: www.eu-supply.com

All responses to the Invitation to Tender should be submitted using the aforementioned tendering portal by 12:00, on Thursday 15.10.2015.
Hard copies or emailed responses will not be accepted. Following this date the evaluation panel will evaluate the responses to identify the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous response.
The PCC for Surrey reserves the right not to award a framework and is not liable for any costs incurred by any prospective tenderers.
It is anticipated that the framework will be awarded in November 2015.
