Invitation to Tender to join a Framework for the provision of Transport Services in Lancashire, from 1.4.2012 until 3.10.2015. This framework has been in effect since 3.10.2011 and is being re-advertised as part of the opportunity explained in the original tender documents in summer 2011. New applicants may apply to join the framework and existing framework members may apply to become eligible for different lots to that which they are currently eligible for.
The tender documents are available on Lancashire County Council’s electronic tendering site www.lancashire.gov.uk/tendering. Use of Lancashire County Council’s e-tendering system does not require high specification IT equipment or connections, nor high level personal IT skills/capabilities. Access to the system/software and advice is free of charge. Where a successful tenderer’s capacity and capability permits, Lancashire County Council will expect the successful tenderer, if and when approached, to be willing to contract with other UK public sector bodies for the products tendered herein, at the prices agreed as a result of this competition.
