The Fusion21 Lifts Framework offers a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Property owners in the public and private sectors that saves money and generates social value.

Fusion21 wishes to enter into Framework Agreements to provide a single point, one stop procurement solution across the UK, to carry out service, maintenance and refurbishment of passenger and domestic lifts.

Lots 1, 3 and 4 will be broken down by the geographical regions as detailed within the Qualification Questionnaire. Contractors can therefore select which Lots and which geographical regions they are applying for.

Lots 2 and 5 are for national delivery and subsequently contractors applying for these Lots will be expected to deliver services on a national basis.

This OJEU Notice indicates that a maximum of 10 companies will be appointed to the Framework, for clarity this means a maximum of 10 per Lot and geographical region (where applicable).
