Parties wishing to express an interest to participate in this contract opportunity must submit a request for the Pre-Qualification (PQQ) to the Contact Point in Section I.1). PQQ responses must be returned to the Contact Point in section I.1) no later than 13:00 on Friday 8.5.2015.
Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling. Any agreement entered into will be a contract made in England according to English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
