Raven Housing Trust is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to enter into contract to provide Gas and Renewable Technologies Equipment, Servicing, Maintenance and Installation Services
The maintenance and annual servicing of gas, solid fuel, renewable energy central heating and hot water systems and installations as applicable.
The provision of a comprehensive 24 hour day, 365 days a year (366 in a leap year) all round fully inclusive breakdown service.
The provision of a service to carry out all works associated with new installations for either part of full systems.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The estimated total annual value of this contract is 1 457 686 GBP per annum, split between Service and Maintenance — 809 375 GBP, Boiler replacements — 575 993 GBP, New systems — 46 485 GBP and Renewables service and maintenance — 25 833 GBP, but this fluctuates dependant on requirements. The contract is for an initial period of 4 years with the option to extend, on an annual basis, for a further 3 years subject to satisfactory performance. The value of the contract may change due to stock growth or disposals.
Estimated spend over 7 years is circa 10 203 802 GBP.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 10 203 802 GBP

Raven Housing Trust reserves the right to require a Performance Guarantee Bond and/or a Parent Company Guarantee. Detailed requirements to be provided in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and/or Invitation to Tender Documents.

Where a consortium or other grouping of suppliers submits a joint bid, such consortia or grouping must nominate a lead organisation to deal with Raven in all matters relating to the contract/s. All consortium members or grouping will be required to be jointly and severally liable in respect to the obligations and liabilities relating to the Contract. Where a consortium chooses instead to nominate a contracting party from among their number with the other members acting as sub contractors, this must be made clear in their bid. The contracting party will be entirely responsible for all matters relating to the contract.

Description of particular conditions: The contract will be subject to the terms of the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 and further amended to reflect the contract. Full details will be available in the Invitation to Tender.
