GÉANT and the EaPConnect NREN partners wish to establish a Framework Agreement with one or more providers for support services in respect of marketing communications activities and online presence for the project. To this end, work packages will be required to be completed over the life of the project that may include (but not be limited to) the following types of work:
(a) Client-side support in respect of the communications requirements for the whole project that will encompass a range of marcomms related activities;
(b) Design and production of materials;
(c) Website review and technical and content updates;
(d) Creation and production of video collateral for the project.
Bidders should describe a solution to address all elements.
The Bidders selected to support the EaPConnect project will be required to support the project partners in a number of ways, including the support of campaigns such as ‘Enlighten Your Research’ and events such as the annual EaP EC conference. This will require on the spot and remote reporting through photos, quick videos, interviews, as well as the creation and sourcing or print, online materials and additional collateral such as branded gifts and certificates. The chosen provider(s) will also be expected to propose improvements in the way that events are planned, measured, implemented, and promoted. Gathering feedback to assist in official reporting on progress, impacts, visibility to funders and stakeholders may also be required in the context of agreed assignments called off under any resultant Framework Agreement.
