1. This notice is being placed by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Procurement Services. For the purpose of this procurement the awarding authority will be Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University LHB.
2. The Contracting Authority is undertaking this tender exercise on behalf of itself and other participating NHS Wales bodies.
3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to undertake the tender process in whole or in part via electronic means using the internet, and/or through the medium of an electronic reverse auction document.
4. Specific details in relation to the Lots being tendered will be set out in the ITPD.
5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to evaluate each Lot as a separate contract.
