NHS Arden GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England (The Contracting Authority) is inviting suitable organisations to tender for the provision of Genomic Laboratory Services across England. The requirement is split into 7 Lots for Genomic Laboratory Hubs with Additional Specialised Services which include Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT). Organisations wishing to submit a bid will need to register on the Arden GEM Bravo solutions website and complete the ITT documentation at the following location: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html
The ITT documentation should be completed by the closing date of 12:00 noon on 19.3.2018. The main ITT reference is 887
A market engagement day is planned for the 18.1.2018. Any organisations who would like to attend should contact use the message system in Bravo to book a place.

Arden and GEM CSU is managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”). The Service is being procured under “Schedule 3 — Social and Other Specific Services”.
In accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (a) and (d) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Authority anticipates that the contracting entity may be replaced in the following circumstances without a new procurement procedure:
1) via a novation of the contract if the Authority approves that a different entity within the existing Genomic Laboratory Hub partnership or a Key Subcontractor can become the lead contracting entity;
2) via a novation of the contract or a transfer of services (in whole or part) to another Genomic Laboratory Hub if the Authority becomes entitled to exercise its rights to terminate the contract (in part or whole).
Neither the publication of this notice nor the employment of any particular terminology nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that the Contracting Authorities intend to hold themselves bound by any of the Regulations.
The Contracting Authority will be using an eTendering system in this procurement exercise.

3. Responding to the tender:
