Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders from bidders who wish to be part of its Framework to deliver Building Maintenance and Specialist Repair associated with the undertaking of Maintenance and Repair work Programmes for a period of 3 years plus 1 year period (3 + 1).
Gloucestershire County Council has previously gone to out tender for a wider range of services totalling 20 lots entitled ‘Framework for Building Mechanical and Electrical Works’. 10 of the lots have been awarded. For the avoidance of doubt Lot numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17 have been awarded and we are not inviting bids for these Lots.
For the remaining lots there were issues concerning the market engagement and therefore we have decided to re-issue the following Lots 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20.
The submissions received from the previous tender will not be considered for this ITT. Any supplier who wishes to be considered for this tender will need to submit a new application. Please ensure that you read the questions and evaluation information carefully as we can only evaluate based on the response to this ITT alone.
To ensure there is no confusion with the previous tender we have retained the lotting numbers.
The intention is to establish a set number of suppliers per lot and work will be awarded by a combination of either direct award or mini competition.
