Interested parties must complete and upload the attached Pre-Qualification Questionnaire in full (including the submission of any supporting documents) by no later than the date stated in this Notice (5/5/15). The document is available from e-tendering platform;

The exact contracting entity shall be confirmed though is likely to be Tube Lines Limited.
The duration of the framework(s) will be five (5) years however TfL/Tubelines shall have the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
The estimated value of the requirements (across the Framework or Framworks) is 1 750 000 GBP over a full 7 year term (ie: should the initial 5 year term be extended). However there is no guarantee of any expenditure under the Framework(s) and this value is an estimated forecast only. This forecast covers requirements across Tubelines and other areas of TfL.
The procurement process is being conducted on behalf of Transport for London (TfL). TfL is a complex organisation operating both as a Functional Body of the Greater London Authority (GLA) under the direction of the Mayor of London and as a provider of transport services. The supply may be provided to TfL and/or its subsidiaries and/or the GLA and/or any other functional body of the GLA that is subject to the requirements of the EU directive. Any part of TfL and/or any of its subsidiaries may award Contracts. The awarding authority reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process and may award a contract in whole or in part, or not at all as a result of the competition called for by this notice and the awarding authority shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any candidates in considering and/or responding to the procurement process.
