The NHS Wales Finance Academy require a training provider and financial accounting body to work in collaboration in delivering a graduate financial management trainee scheme.

The scheme for 2020 to 2025 will be for three cohorts of graduates over the 5 year programme with cohort starts in September 2020, 2021 and 2022. There would be an option to extend for a further 1 or 2 cohorts starting in September 2023 and 2024 which would potentially extend this to 6 or 7 years.

The NHS Wales Finance Academy have commitment from organisations to look to recruit between 5 and 12 candidates across Wales for each of these cohorts.
