Recruitment services being tendered for are the attraction, selection and placement of graduates. Additionally, the provider is expected to administer and manage the programme, including employing and pay-rolling the graduates.
The estimated value for the LBHF call-off contract is estimated at 1 200 000 GBP over 4 years. The framework maximum value is estimated at 40 000 000 GBP if all authorities call off from this agreement.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is procuring a single provider framework agreement for the provision of graduate placements. Graduate placements will last for a maximum of 12 months during which they will undertake core business activities to gain work experience. There will be no formal training or qualifications on offer although support for effective learning will be provided. Participating bodies will make their own decision about the remuneration of the graduate placements. This may be the minimum wage or the London Living Wage. The successful provider shall be admitted to the framework agreement, from which all London Councils could call off.
