Choice Housing Ireland Limited (‘Choice’) wishes to engage the services of a graphic designer for a 3- year period. The supplier will be required to work in partnership with the Choice Group for the design and creation of all marketing and promotional collateral across digital and print platforms for Choice and our subsidiary company; Oaklee Housing.

The successful consultant will be expected to:
Work in partnership with the Choice Group for the design and creation of all marketing and promotional collateral across digital and print platforms for the organisation and subsidiary companies. This will include design for the following but not limited to:
— Annual calendar.
— Information leaflets.
— Property advertisements.
— Posters.
— Letterheads and compliment slips.
— Business cards.
— Promotional stands.
— Event material such as programme, presentations and branded staging material.
— Signage.
— Annual Business Plan and Corporate Plan.
— Annual Report for Choice and subsidiary organisations.
— 6 magazines per year for Choice.
— 2 magazines per year for Oaklee Housing.
— Digital design.
— Provide printing specifications for all printing materials.
All publications whether published online or in hard copy must adhere to the Choice Group’s current branding designs, incorporating existing agreed colour schemes, logos and other design elements. Please refer to Choice Housing Ireland Ltd.’s colour palette which we have included as part of the Tender pack.
The designer must bring creativity through imaginative thinking and innovation. In keeping with our existing brand guidelines, our communications must be customer centred and community focused with our brand identity used in a creative and flexible way. This will include:-
— Creative concepts.
— Visuals.
— Design refinements.
— Supply of artwork.
— Brand identities for subsidiaries.
Choice must be fully consulted on the final content and approval must be granted prior to delivery, this includes:

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:
Choice Housing Ireland Limited (‘Choice’) wishes to engage the services of a graphic designer for a three year period. On a 2+1 basis, to review the service provided at the end of year 2 and subject to satisfactory performance the contract will run for a period of 1 further year .Choice must be fully consulted on the final content and approval must be granted prior to delivery, this includes:
— Regular communication with the marketing team. Meetings and feedback as and when required to discuss the service required. Jobs will be allocated through a variety of methods including meetings, phone-calls and emails.
— Regular email updates on progress
— Liaise with Choice marketing team in agreeing final sign off.
— Quarterly planning and performance review meeting to align with Choice Marketing Activity Calendar.
— Adhere to agreed timescales which may include turnaround on projects to meet tight deadlines.
