The specific content of the artwork for each bus stop will be determined by the successful supplier based on the timetable information provided by Norfolk County Council (NCC). The successful supplier will be required to provide proofs or final versions of artwork electronically in PDF format. Files up to 7MB are to be emailed to a specified email address. Files over 7MB are to be transferred via FTP or an online file sharing facility as specified by NCC.
Printed bus timetable and route information is installed at bus stops to provide stop-specific route and scheduled departure information. The printing and erection of information at bus stops will be managed and delivered by NCC and is therefore not part of this tender.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals
Proceedings must be brought within 30 days from the date of knowledge (the date on which the economic operator first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen) unless the Court considers that there is good reason for extending the period within which proceedings may be brought, in which case the Court may extend that period up to a maximum of 3 months from the date of knowledge.
