ABOUT THE EVENT
THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR AS AN ENGINE FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH?
With a potential construction pipeline of £15bn in Greater Manchester alone up to 2018, the Summit intends to address the issues of growth, procurement, innovation, skills and training. The Chamber of Commerce is delighted to be hosting this event on behalf of all of those in the Greater Manchester region concerned with these crucial issues. Partner organisations currently include the Cabinet Office, RIBA North-West, North West Construction Hub, North West Client Group, ICE North West and ACE North West, and The University of Salford. Event delegates will be able to vote live on various debated topics. The results of the debates will be captured and forwarded to government.
