Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, has a number of redevelopment and construction schemes which may be rolled out across the Borough in the coming years. It is considered likely that ground surveys will be required for each of these schemes. To enable an efficient procurement route, the Council intends to set up a framework of 3 contractors to undertake these surveys. For each of the surveys a mini competition will take place. This mini competition will be awarded on the basis of the lowest compliant bid.
