Moat Homes Ltd (Moat) is a leading housing association working in the South East of England providing high quality homes and services.

For the past fifty years Moat has delivered high quality general needs homes for affordable rent, supported accommodation and tenancy

support services and affordable home ownership schemes. Moat is dedicated to developing sustainable communities throughout the South

East of England. Moat currently owns or manages around 20 000 properties across Essex, Kent, Sussex, London and the surrounding areas.

Moat is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver ground maintenance services to all communal areas within our property portfolio

Work to be covered includes but is not limited to:

— Grass cutting,

— Strimming,

— Leaf clearance,

— Mulching,

— Maintenance of flower beds, plants and borders,

— Weeding,

— Car Park / Hard standing maintenance,

— Tree register creation and maintenance.
